Why, yes! I am the Keto Police and I’m glad you’re here. Together we’ll sort out the BS from the truth about keto. Your Keto may not look like my Keto, exactly. However there are still some things that a well formulated ketogenic diet will adhere to. People in the Ketoverse have a refrain -“That’s NOT Keto!” said with a shake of the head and a laugh. Hopefully this site helps define your keto better by sharing mine along with some humor and tough won victories. I am no expert. The Keto Police is rather tongue in cheek if you haven’t figured it out.

First lets dispel it is diet related. Nope.
